  • 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning as per package instructions.
  2. While the meat cooks, chop the romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
