  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Gather a mixing bowl, whisk, non-stick skillet, and spatula. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. In the mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Generously coat the preheated skillet with cooking spray.
  4. Pour one-fourth of the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to cover evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until set but not browned.
  5. Carefully flip the wrap with a spatula and cook for another minute before sliding it onto a plate.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for remaining egg mixture. Fill each wrap with your desired toppings.
