  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let cool and shred.
  3. Steam broccoli florets until tender but still bright green, about 3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and chicken broth until well combined.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
