  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the honey or maple syrup until smooth. Pour over the dry mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet to form clusters before transferring to an airtight container.
