  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1 large egg (or 1 flax egg)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
