  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, beat an egg with water.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the egg wash, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
