  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup ground pork or chicken (or 1 cup diced mushrooms for vegetarian)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground meat until browned. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions; sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well and let cool slightly.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling at one corner, fold tightly, tuck in the sides, and seal with water.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange the egg rolls seam-side down without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
