  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the panko.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  7. Assemble tacos by adding shredded cabbage, crispy shrimp, bang bang sauce, and cilantro.
