Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb Cajun steak tips (sirloin or flank)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Gradually stir in heavy cream; let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce along with the steak tips, mixing gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
