  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for about 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Mix in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; let it simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy. Toss in the cooked pasta until thoroughly coated.
