  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot. Add diced tomatoes (with juice), vegetable broth, garlic, spinach or kale, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
